CRITICAL: Zero-Tolerance Policy

Live Poised enforces a strict **Zero-Tolerance Policy** for objectionable, abusive, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, hateful, or child exploitation content and behaviors. **This includes an absolute prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).** Any user violating this policy will have their content immediately removed, their account permanently terminated without warning, and violating activities reported to law enforcement.

1. Welcome to our Community

Live Poised is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and motivating space for individuals recovering from injuries to connect, share their stories, find allies, and achieve fitness goals together. To maintain this environment, all users must respect their fellow members and adhere to these guidelines.

By accessing or using Live Poised, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA), all applicable laws, and our community standards. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the application.

2. Objectionable Content & Abuse Guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content (posts, comments, messages, profile information) you publish. You agree that you will not post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit any content that:

  • Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive.
  • Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group.
  • Is violent or threatening, or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person or animal.
  • Promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.
  • Harasses, abuses, or insults other members, moderators, or administrators.
  • Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

3. Child Safety Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for content or behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes an absolute prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

4. Reporting Offensive Content & Abusive Users

We empower our community to self-regulate and report harmful behavior. If you encounter objectionable content or an abusive user, you can easily flag them:

Flagging Posts & Comments

Use the three-dot option menu on any post or comment and select the Report option. This flags the content immediately for administrator review.

Reporting Profiles & Chats

Navigate to the offending user's profile or use the chat settings to block and submit a formal report regarding their behavior directly to support.

5. Moderation SLA & Enforcement (24-Hour Review)

All reported items are automatically queued in our moderation console. We commit to the following response standards:

  • 24-Hour Resolution: Reports will be reviewed by human moderators within 24 hours of submission.
  • Content Removal: Content confirmed to violate our community guidelines or EULA will be deleted immediately.
  • User Sanctions: Users posting offensive materials will receive a warning, suspension, or permanent ban depending on the severity of the offense. Severe or repeat violations will result in an immediate permanent ban.

6. End User License Agreement (EULA) Terms

A. License Grant

Live Poised grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the application on your personal device strictly in accordance with these terms.

B. Intellectual Property

The application, including all source code, design elements, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Vanna Info Tech and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

C. Limitation of Liability

Live Poised is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Vanna Info Tech be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the application.
